Lauren Ash

 

Lauren Elizabeth Ash (born February 4, 1983) is an Canadian actor and comedian who lives in Los Angeles, but originally from Belleville, Ontario. Ash is best known for her role on the sitcom Superstore's Dina Fox. She is also a graduate of both Second City Toronto Mainstage and Second City Chicago mainstage and is a member of the comedy sketch duo "Cory!" She is a Canadian Comedy Award recipient for the title of Best Female Improviser twice in 2007 and 2006 as well as being awarded the Best Performance of a Female Television in 2012 as well as 2015. In 2015 she was nominated in the category of Best Female Performances in a Feature Film for her performance as Carol in Dirty Singles. Also, she has been participant in the prank-show "Scare Tactics". Since 2020, Lauren co-hosts her own podcast, "True Crime and Cocktails" alongside her cousin Christy Oxborrow.
