Handler also began working as the correspondent on The Tonight Show. Handler received her first big break when she hosted her E! Show in 2006. This show was named The Chelsea Handler. The Chelsea Handler Show ran for two years. Handler then performed in America in the Comedy Central Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend and HBO have aired Handler's stand-up performances. In 2010, it was announced that she was to host the MTV Video Music Awards 2010.
